General conditions
Returns and exchanges are handled in accordance with the law of the country of sale and the pharmacy’s own rules. The product must be in unopened packaging where required, and you must have your receipt or proof of purchase. The exact outcome of a return request depends on the product type, condition and applicable legal rules.
Time limits
Contact the pharmacy within the period set by law to request a return or exchange. In the Netherlands, statutory rights (e.g. right of withdrawal for distance sales, where applicable) apply as per Dutch law. Ask in store or by phone for the exact procedure and deadlines.
